Export a CSV from your current tool
Vagaro, GlossGenius, Square Appointments, MINDBODY, Fresha, Acuity, and Schedulicity let you export your client list yourself — names, emails, phone numbers, and appointment history. Booksy, StyleSeat, and Boulevard make you request it from their team; we give you a ready-to-send request to copy. Don't have a system at all? A spreadsheet, your phone contacts, or photos of your paper book all work.
Step 2
Import it in Settings → Business → Import / Export
In Bronzly, open Settings → Business → Import / Export and upload the file exactly as it came out — no renaming columns, no tidying. We read the columns for you and show you a full preview before anything is saved. Most artists finish a list of 200 clients or fewer in under 30 minutes.

You're live

Switching questions
Will I lose my client history when I switch to Bronzly?
No. Bronzly imports names, emails, phone numbers, and basic appointment history from your CSV export. Your ongoing tan history, notes, and profiles build from there. Most artists complete migration in under 30 minutes for lists of 200 clients or fewer.
How long does switching take?
Self-serve CSV import is typically under 30 minutes for a list of 200 clients or fewer. If you'd rather we handle it, email your export to support@bronzly.app and we'll have it imported within one business day, free.
Do you charge to migrate my data?
No. Both the self-serve importer and the concierge migration are free. You only pay your monthly plan (Solo $9, Pro $39, or Studio $69). There's no per-import fee and no setup fee.
Which platforms can I import from?
All of them. Bronzly reads exports from Vagaro, GlossGenius, Square Appointments, Booksy, MINDBODY, and Fresha column by column, and uses AI to map anything else — Boulevard, Zenoti, Acuity, StyleSeat, Schedulicity, or a plain spreadsheet. There is no required format: upload the file exactly as it comes out of your old system.
What if my current platform won't let me export?
Booksy, StyleSeat, and Boulevard often require you to request your data from their support team rather than downloading it yourself. Bronzly gives you a ready-to-send request that asks for everything in one go — clients, contact details, consent status, and appointment history. Most vendors reply within 1–3 business days. You don't have to wait for it to start: your booking page can go live today and clients get added as they book.
What if my client list is on paper or in my phone?
That still works. Photograph your paper book and email the pages to support@bronzly.app and we'll type them up, or export your phone contacts as a vCard and send that. A spreadsheet with a single column of names is enough to start — no system is too messy to move.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment when I switch?
No. Solo, Pro, and Studio are month-to-month with no contract — cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Your data stays exportable via one-click CSV at any time.
